The Cookbook: Protein Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are often overlooked so we’re calling on all gainers with an early morning sweet tooth to definitely try this recipe which is high in protein, low in sugar and calories. You won’t be disappointed. 

Ingredients:

  • 150g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 80ml unsweetened Almond milk/Soy milk
  • 30g oats
  • 40g whey protein of your choice

Toppings:

  • 10g High Cocoa Dark Chocolate
  • 50g blueberries
  • 50g strawberries
  • 0 Calories syrup of your choice

Directions:

  • Mix your ingredients into a bowl (Excluding toppings)
  • Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight - You can leave them in the fridge for up to 4 days 
  • Remove from the fridge and add the toppings
  • Indulge and enjoy!
