We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged product from us. In the rare event of this please email us directly contact@gainergang-atg.com and please provide your order number. We must be notified of any damages to the product within 21 days. Any such notification thereafter will not be considered product damage.

If you haven’t received your order after it has been dispatched and after the expected window then please email us directly at contact@gainergang-atg.com and we will arrange the next steps with you personally. Please provide your order number.

Exchange requests are only granted for the same product in a different size or different colourway. If you want to exchange a product please email us directly at contact@gainergang-atg.com.

One discount code is permitted per order.

We have a 21 day return policy window and if you desire to return a product then contact us directly contact@gainergang-atg.com. The product does not have to be received in the 21 day window but it must be sent off in that time. We will refund you as soon as we receive the product. Please allow for 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Gainergang does not cover the cost for returns. 

We will notify you if your return is denied and we will post the products back. Please allow for 7 working days for your item to be received. 

Any products which you wish to return must meet the following quality criteria:

• Items must be in the best condition
• Items must be unwashed
• Items must not have strong odors or smell such as detergent, deodorant, fragrance or smoke

If you have not received your product but it shows that it has been delivered then please give it 48 hours as the delivery may still be on its way in transit. Please also check with your local post office,neighbours and the courier service. If after 48 hours you have still not received the product then please email us directly contact@gainergang-atg.com with your order number also.
