  • 120g Chicken
  • Thick tortilla wrap
  • 50g Mushrooms
  • 100g low calories pasta sauce of your choice
  • 30g Low fat cheese
  • 20g Jalapenos

 Toppings (All optional some suggestions however include):

  • Coriander 
  • Pineapple (Splits opinion;)
  • Pepperoni 
  • Sauces 


  • Preheat oven fan to 200 
  • Apply the pasta sauce to the tortilla base
  • Add the cheese across the tortilla base
  • Add the toppings across the tortilla base
  • Stick in the oven for 12-14 minutes
  • Take it out and enjoy!
